Every great journey begins with a small step. Jalsi Welfare Association (JWA) was born from a simple yet powerful belief - that when compassionate people come together with a shared purpose, even the smallest effort can create meaningful and lasting change.
Named after the village of Jalsi, where this journey began, JWA carries the values of its origin while embracing a much larger mission. Our commitment is not limited by geography, language, religion, caste or community. We work for the welfare of humanity, wherever our efforts can make a positive difference.
We envision a society where every child receives quality education, every family has access to better opportunities, every woman is empowered, every youth is inspired to lead, every elderly person is respected and every individual lives with dignity.
Through education, healthcare, environmental protection, skill development, humanitarian assistance, community participation and social awareness, we strive to create sustainable change that transforms lives and strengthens communities.
JWA is more than an organization.
It is a family of volunteers, professionals, supporters and responsible citizens united by one common purpose —

हर महान यात्रा की शुरुआत एक छोटे से कदम से होती है। जलसी वेलफेयर एसोसिएशन (JWA) की स्थापना भी एक सरल किंतु अत्यंत प्रभावशाली विचार से हुई - जब संवेदनशील और जिम्मेदार लोग एक साझा उद्देश्य के साथ आगे आते हैं, तो उनके छोटे-छोटे प्रयास भी समाज में स्थायी और सकारात्मक परिवर्तन का आधार बन सकते हैं।
हमारी यात्रा बिहार के सीतामढ़ी जिले के जलसी गाँव से प्रारम्भ हुई। अपने जन्मस्थान के सम्मान और प्रेरणा को सदैव स्मरण रखने के लिए संस्था ने उसी नाम को अपनी पहचान बनाया। किन्तु हमारा उद्देश्य किसी गाँव, जाति, धर्म, भाषा, लिंग अथवा क्षेत्र विशेष तक सीमित नहीं है। हमारे लिए सम्पूर्ण मानव समाज ही हमारा परिवार है और मानव सेवा ही हमारा सर्वोच्च दायित्व।
हम ऐसे समाज की कल्पना करते हैं जहाँ प्रत्येक बच्चे को गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा प्राप्त हो, प्रत्येक परिवार को सम्मानपूर्वक जीवन जीने के अवसर मिलें, प्रत्येक महिला आत्मविश्वास और स्वावलंबन के साथ आगे बढ़े, प्रत्येक युवा अपनी क्षमता का पूर्ण विकास कर सके तथा प्रत्येक वरिष्ठ नागरिक सम्मान और सुरक्षा का अनुभव करे।
इसी उद्देश्य की पूर्ति के लिए हम शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, पर्यावरण संरक्षण, कौशल विकास, मानवीय सहायता, सामाजिक जागरूकता तथा सामुदायिक सहभागिता के माध्यम से ऐसे स्थायी प्रयासों के लिए प्रतिबद्ध हैं जो व्यक्तियों के जीवन को बेहतर बनाएँ और समाज को अधिक सशक्त, संवेदनशील तथा आत्मनिर्भर बनाएं।
जलसी वेलफेयर एसोसिएशन केवल एक संस्था नहीं है।
यह उन स्वयंसेवकों, समाजसेवियों, शिक्षकों, युवाओं, महिलाओं, सहयोगियों और जागरूक नागरिकों का परिवार है, जो एक ही विश्वास से जुड़े हैं -
मानवता की सेवा, पूर्ण ईमानदारी, संवेदनशीलता और समर्पण के साथ।
आइए, हम सब मिलकर ऐसे भविष्य का निर्माण करें जहाँ आशा निराशा से अधिक शक्तिशाली हो, सेवा स्वार्थ से ऊपर हो और मानवता हमारी सबसे बड़ी पहचान बने।
